INTRODUCTION:

SnapperMail is an award-winning wireless email application for Palm OS
smartphones and wirelessly connected PDAs.
SnapperMail comes in two different versions including Standard Edition as well
as Premier Ediition which supports SSL (secure sockets layer).

INSTALLATION:
-------------
HotSync files listed below onto your Palm OS device. These files can be
installed over previous versions of SnapperMail without affecting your old
messages and account settings. There is no need to uninstall your previous
version of SnapperMail.

* These localization files are optional, you may install them want to run
SnapperMail in a different language. Your device will need to support this
language for this to work.
** SnapperMail comes in many different versions, this filename will vary
between versions.
*** Note that for Premier versions of SnapperMail, you may optionally install
the files which contain "no-ssl" in the filename. The no-ssl version
omits
SSL support resulting in a smaller memory footprint.

UPGRADE NOTES:

Versions of SnapperMail prior to v1.9 included a memory card file browse
r
component called "FileBrowser", this component is now integrated into th
e main
PRC, so if you are migrating from an earlier installation you may optionally
delete this component using the "Delete" menu in your Launcher to
save memory.

End User License Agreement for SnapperMail.
This Snapperfish Ltd. ("Snapperfish") End User License Agreement accompa
nies the SnapperMail product ("SOFTWARE"). The term "SOFTWARE" a
lso shall include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the SOFTWARE lic
ensed to you by Snapperfish. Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not
wish to accept this Agreement, you may not install the SOFTWARE on a Palm OS co
mpatible device, simulator, emulator, or otherwise execute the SOFTWARE or
make use of its content. Usage of this software implies consent to the terms of
this Agreement.
1. USE OF THE SOFTWARE. YOU MAY install the SOFTWARE on Palm OS compatible d
evices.
If you purchase the SOFTWARE, you are granted the right to use the SOFTWARE on o
ne Palm OS compatible device. If you do not purchase the SOFTWARE, you may use t
he software during the Trial Period as enforced by the original and unmodified S
OFTWARE. You may not use the SOFTWARE beyond the Trial Period without purchasing
the SOFTWARE. The Trial Period will be the shorter of 30 days or the period
enforced by the SOFTWARE.
2. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is owned by Snapper Research Ltd ("Snapper Resear
ch") and is licensed to you under the provisions made by a licensing agreeme
nt between Snapperfish and Snapper Research. Portions of this software may or ma
y not be owned by other parties and licensed to you under provisions made by lic
ensing agreements between Snapperfish and the said parties. The SOFTWARE is prot
ected by New Zealand Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. This Agr
eement does not grant you any intellectual property rights to the SOFTWARE.
3. NO WARRANTY. This SOFTWARE is being delivered to you AS IS, Snapperfish makes
no warranty as to its use or performance. Snapperfish disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of mer
chantability and of fitness for any purpose. Neither Snapperfish nor anyone else
who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product a
ssumes any liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from
the use of the SOFTWARE.
4. RESTRICTIONS. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, de
compile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the SOF
TWARE. YOU MAY NOT make or distribute copies of the SOFTWARE. YOU MAY NOT distri
bute modified versions of this SOFTWARE.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL PROVISIONS. The Agreement will be governed by the l
aw of New Zealand. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Con
vention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of whi
ch is expressly excluded. If any part of this Agreement is found void
and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreeme
nt, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreem
ent shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms.
This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer o
f Snapperfish.
